- In-person service without a prior appointment is intended for general information and the submission of documents;
- Matters related to a user’s individual situation, such as pension entitlement requests, require prior analysis and therefore must be scheduled.
In-person service without prior appointment is available in Lisbon and Porto,on business days from 9:00 to 12:00.
