The CGA Portal stores information and has the possibility of accessing the information stored in the user terminal equipment through cookies, after the user has given his prior consent before their installation, through an active behavior and by means of a free decision, on the basis of clear and complete information as set out below, namely on the purpose of processing.
The prior consent of the user to the installation of cookies, technical storage or access to information stored in the terminal equipment of a user will be waived, when the sole purpose is to transmit a communication through an electronic communications network, or when it is strictly necessary for the CGA Portal to provide an information society service expressly requested by the user.
